Developed product strategies for next generation internet products in the transaction banking division. Oversaw the integration of multiple product offerings across cash management, trade finance, and custody services into single, unified platform.
Managed cross-functional team of 23 in product management, project management, and product development to roll out global offerings with managed outsourced IT partners.

Chief Innovation Officer, HSBC.com (2001-2007)
Created, launched and managed global bank-related technology unit, leading creation of new products in retail banking, credit cards, and corporate/institutional banking.
Managed development and operations of hundreds of internal and external facing websites and applications globally, with a core team of 60 in 5 countries, overseeing 4,000 people globally with 10-figures P&L responsibilities.
