Netscape Communications Corp., maker of the popular Netscape Navigator Web browser, has introduced and Internet tools suite that includes a dialer, registration package, and a separate electronic mail program.

The software allows new users to register quickly with a variety of Internet service providers, including MCI, Netcom, Portal, and some smaller companies.

The Netscape Navigator Personal Edition, which retails for $49, includes the freeware version of Qualcomm’s Eudora e-mail software, the latest version of the Netscape Web browser, and online and well as paper documentation. It is being sold in retail stores and by Netscape.
